how do you become a certain gear member???

Its cordinated with the amount of posts you have. You will reach a gear at a certain amount of posts

At around 20-30 you will become rolling start. Is that better?

jonny was right, 20 or 30, it will say rolling start, but tdci29 was also right, when you hit 100 it will say 1st gear

when ya hit 1k post you get 5th gear and if your a post ***** like tim (fiirkan) you be on top ten posters in no time
