Default new civ on the block

whats up all, i'm new here but have been workin on my 95 civic 4dr EX for a while, it's got an injen cold air intake, DC headers, a universal street legal hi-flow catalytic converter, and greddy's cat back exhaust system, i've also got halo projector (angel eyes) headlights stuck and am in the process of switching over all the headlight bulbs to white instead of the yellowish normal lights that they come with, but that's all i've done as far as tailoring the looks..if you dont count a gold 'civic' (written in japaneese) sticker on my passenger side front fender :P

am at a crossroads, do i start working on the looks or do i keep tuning for horsepower?

i'll let you all pitch in your $0.02 on that one, preciate the responses in advance

Well, I would keep everything in balance, but I'm more of a performance guy. Is your car stick or auto? If it's auto, I'd make it into a show car, since the auto could only take so much abuse. Also, keep in mind that performace is much more expensive than the looks. Also, if you go the show route, don't put huge aluminum wings, stickers and that sort of stuff on your car, because that would get you nowhere, and would officialy make you a ricer. Just my 2 cents.

The show route is the easiest and cheapest one to go with but like andryuha says, if its auto go the show route!

ay, thanks for the opinions..i just got all the bulbs changed over to nice whites in my projector headlights.

i think i'm going to end up doing springs/struts next, add a little show and smooth the ride a bit while i'm at it. thinking a modest 1.75" drop.

oh yeah, my EX is a manual transmission all the way
