Default NEW TO CIVICS, ABOUT TO BUY A 99 SI, NEED ANSWERS/HELP PLEASE!!

hey eveyone i am looking into buying a 99 si with 82000 miles, mods include: garrett turbo, edelbrock front mount intercooler, full MSD ignition system, (All engine work was done at 75000 miles),17 inch wheels with brand new tires (not sure what kind the wheels are but they look good andare in pretty good shape no curb rash ect), DC sports cat back exhaust, Mugen racing seats, Kenwood head unit with flip out dvd player, JDM front lip, Carbon fiber hood, pillar pod gauges, short shifter. thats prettymuch all there is that i can think of. the guy im thinkin about buyin it from has receipts for everything that is done to the car and they add up to about 6k. the car is done up right tho, its not half assed at all,all theengine workwas done at a performance shop and installed properly. i am new to civics so i don't really know all that much about them, his asking price is 13K which i think might be a little high but then again i dont know what these cars go for. any input or opinions you might have feel free to post them it would help me out a lot!! i am gonna try to post some pics so you guys can take a look. Thanks!

If you wanna buy a car that already has all the work done to it go for it. You get a feeling of accomplishment when you do it yourself though. I do think the car looks pretty sick though.

Um, I would say 7-8k prolly more like 9k. Mods dont make the car worth more, if it was stock its worth more and i would rather do all those mods myself
