New to the forum but a past Honda owner. I'm currently looking to purchase a used car and found this ad. Could the experts point out any possible issues with this purchase? Anything I should look for? Here are the specs.

2000 Honda Civic Si (118,000 miles)

LOWERED 2" (ABLE TO GO OVER SPEED BUMPS WITHOUT HAVING TO GO AT AN ANGLE)

GSR 5SPD TRANSMISSION
INTERIOR IS 10/10 WITH ORIGINAL SI PARTS
EXTERIOR IS 8/10 SOME MINOR HAIL DAMAGE BUT NOT TOO BAD, HARD TO SEE.
IT HAS A SALVAGED TITLE DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE


Other than these specs, he mentioned it runs great but needs a new oil pan which I don't think should be to bad to replace?
