Default New Guy from UK

Hi to all and happy new year!

This is the first time ive joined a fourm and think it's great the way people help one another.

I own a Black 92-95 model Honda Civic 4dr saloon VTI DOHC VTEC.

Honda's are very popular in the UK and i knew from before how honda vtec's can perform. (i always wanted one but was to young to be insured on but now ive got one). Its the first honda i have had and i love it all together, Ive had it for over a year now and done the following mods.

Engine

* 1.6 VTI DOHC VTEC B16A2
* HKS hi flow filter
* Red Type r valve cover
* Red obx spark plug wires
* HKS irridium spark plugs
* Full HKS stainless steel exhaust (sounds awsome)

Exterior

* Lowered suspention by 40mm all round on koni's (going to buy full kit later)
* Red rear control arms
* H brace
* 17inch TSW imola's (at the moment ive got the orriginal 15inch wheels in white on the car)
* Rear altezza lights (going to change them to the JDM half red/clear lights)
* Cristal headlghts + indicators (looks sharp)
* Bad boyed the bonnet to give it that aggressive look

Interior

* Standard seats
* White LED cluster lights with chrome insturment cluster rings
* Front + rear cup holders
* Centre climate control dash colour coded black

Abit short on funds at the moment more to be done later

I like to keep the exterior looking standard and not go over the top (keep it looking slick). The interior i already like but if i was to change it i would go for the red integra type r front seats and match the back seats and door cards with the same trim.

Al try to post some pics

is it true that vauxhalls, fords and peugeots rool the econobox segment over there?

honda rools that segment in the U.S. by a BIG margin.

Welcome, and Ive got a question. Would you be able to get your hands on a UKDM CTR gauge cluster? I figure if you actually live in the area it might be easier to get one...

To plattsy
(hello bud im from the england also im new and need some places to shop any ideas? got any spare parts lying around? he he.)

Depends what type of parts ur looking for, basic stuff like interior/exterior mods (maybe bodykits) I use e-bay but if you were loking for performance parts i would recommend a site i was given to by another member in this forum www.inlinefour.com, spoon sports.

I have some standard parts if ur intrested let me know what you need i may have them.

Hope this has helped to your question.

Civic Type-R Gauge cluster, from a United Kingdom Domestic Market Civc Type R. It should read up to 220 mph.
