Default New Here

Hey guys im new here. I just got a 00 Civic ex coupe, with 46k miles on it. I sold my jeep Cherokee for better gas mileage, plus I’ve always wanted a civic and I like the style of the 99-01. Anyways its white and an automatic, I really wanted a manual but this one was too nice to pass up. I am going to wash it tomorrow so ill get some pics up, the weather hasn’t been bad here so i cant keep it clean for long. I have put an alpine cd player in it, Sirius sat. radio, alpine amp and sub, and some silverstar headlights. Next I plan on a tint, intake, then exhaust. Then eventually a nice set of wheels and a small drop, but that wont be for a while.

oh yeah i was reading in the manual that the timing belt should be changed at 84 months or 90k or 100k i cant remeber, i dont think it has be changed is it something i need to do or will it be ok?

Welcome to the Forum.

As far as i know, you need to change your timing when near approaching 100k mileage. Seems like you are very far from it, so i dont think you need to change it now
