New Here...
I figured, why not join a good Civic site since I am always driving one.....
Anyway, I've had three Honda Civics in the past 4 years, a 93 4-door D15 (slow as hell), a 2002 4-door (got in trade, sold), and a 2000 Civic HX 2-door that I still have and am trying to sell. I should probably keep it, as it's been an awesomely reliable ride......but I don't need it.
I have been into muscle cars from the 60s and 70s forever and still have my first Ford, a 1970 Mustang coupe. It's rough now, but hopefully next year I can start restoring it....

Yeah, I've had the '98 for sale for quite a while now......Everyone wants me to give it away to them or just want to buy the wheels.....It took me a while to find the 10th anniversarys, but now they make a aftermarket version of them in black also. They are cheap too (less than $500 for a set, shipped to you), but heavy.

I love the '70. It had been sitting in the weather for a couple years now. So, by the time I have the cash to fix it I'm going to need to spend a good bit. But I think that's my plan, just keep it and sink money into it when I have it to spare....

Yeah, the 10th anni's are a lot more common than they were when I first fell in love with them; they even have deep dish ones now. Still, I'm going to go a different route with my '01. I'm getting Rota P-45Rs in 17x9" up front and 18x9.5" in the rear. With the offset I'm looking at, they should clear Cobra brakes, and they'll be extremely aggressive with the fitment I'm looking at.

On the '70 in the pic are 17x8 and 18x9 black bullets. I will never go with 18's on the rear again. The 285/35/18 Nitto DR's didn't hook well for me and cost $250 each tire. Versus the 315/35/17 size of the same tire is $175 each and hook better.....
I do like the staggered look, though.....
I want some CCW's or something for the '70, but it'll never happen....

I'm not too worried about hooking... the car is being built as more of a high-powered street car. BFG KDW's are going on the front and rear (245/40-17 and 275/35-18), so I should have good enough traction on the street assuming I start in 2nd (swapping in a t56 with a 31-spline output shaft with a 6-puck) and don't go for a holeshot. For the stagger, I'm just trying to do something a little different with the wheel design, and I love the look of the 17/18 stagger.
