Hi everyone, just bought me a new honda civic type r. I like (love) the car so much! Anyways i would just like to know do you have to drive the enigine in? If so for how long and how do u have to drive it?

When u get into that car you just want to open it up.

WTF i never knew they realeased the type r 2.0 civic yet. Anyway welcoem to the HCF and when u have time, hopefully soon can u post some picture up please

 

i need to see pics...and i know they were uk only, but i didnt know they were actually for sale already...i am very interested in the actual specs of the car...i have only read specualtion stuff on the web, and i dont trust it...and i wouldnt go red lining it for the first 300 miles or so, but drive it like your gunna drive it, you dont want to baby it and all of a sudden start red lining it all of a sudden.

They arived in South Africa in June the first cars, but the first owners only got their cars now.

Made it up the other day, last thing i drove that was this fast was a bike, so when the refs goes 5+ it feels like a bike when the powerband of a bike came in .
