hay everyone! I'm just wanting to indtroduce myself. Great forums btw. I am picking up my first civiv this weekend. 95 hatch. The deal is that my cousin has a bodt shop and i just rolled my 98 explorer, and he said it could be fixed or if i wanted he had a civic, so i said sure. I love customizing. My previous cars are a dodge dakota, black w/ white flames, 18 inch. chrome, 318 motor swap, stright pipes, and shaved everyhting. The explorer i only had for a month, and it was lowered 3 inch, 2000 wheels and kenwood system. Im looking forward to working on somehting in the import world! i hope ya'll can help me out along the way.

well like i said im new to this so all i know so far is that its a civic hatch with 5 speed. As soon as he said it was 5 speed i said sure cuz i miss my truck that was stick. and what im going to do with it....so far he said he has 2000 just in the alram and stereo so thats one less thing i have to worry about, but i think i wana get a body kit first just cuz thats new but i think that will be it as far as looks, i just want motor. A bunch of my freinds are big into civics, with their own shop and one has a 9 sec. all fiberglass hatchback dragger! Im sure they could find me a motor, btw, whats the best swap for the buck?

May i suggest checking out Lip Kits? They're cheaper, and much cleaner looking. Just a thought.
