I joined this forum because I'm looking to buy a Civic, and I wanted other Civic owner's opinions on this Civic I found.. if you guys think it's good and I end up with a Civic, I'm sure I'll be around here more.

an ad in the paper:

1999 Honda Civic
$6,495
77,000 miles
Silver
"Excellent condition"
4 door
Automatic

Individual seller, I set up a test drive tomorrow, but wanted to see what you guys thought about the price for it, you would know way more than me. If you think I can get a better deal, or if it's a good deal, please give me any feedback. Thanks.

Bought an EK also, and couldn't be happier with it( ok maybe if it was the si). Try looking for a manual though, you'll be dissapointed later if you don't

I think I really want an Auto. I don't know how to drive a Manual, and an Auto just seems so much more convenient.

Autotrader cars have jacked up prices, I can't find anything decent there.
And I think 2 door coupe's look a lot nicer, but I'd rather have a 4 door sedan

2 Doors - Go with a civic.
4 Doors - Get an older accord.
