I'm 16 and I just bought my first car, a '96 Black Coupe EX 5 speed, for $1,800 ( I saved the money)

it was in need of new front brakes so I replaced them with the supervision of my step dad (mechanic)

well here are some pics of the car when i got it

This is after i washed, claybar, polish and wax it

Oh i forgot to add, it needs new CV Joints (I found i place where i can get them for $35 each)

I want to replace the audio system with a CD/MP3 HU, some door component speakers powered by an amp and subwoofers...

after that i'd like to get the windows tinted, and do wheels and suspension

 

How long did it take you to clay bar it? I want to clay bar mine but I never seem to find the time. Your car looks good!

it took approx. 45 minutes to do the whole car

 

Pretty cool start. I started with Tints and Rims. I'm working on suspension right now. Anyway, are you planning to add HP? Most people want to add HP.
