well if ya just bought it and its got that high milage do you have any proof from previous owner that the timing belt has been replaced recently.... if not that is the most important work you should have done to it!
if the timing belt is old or just cracked and worn and if it breaks it will destroy the motor... so best to at least inspect the timing belt for cracks or wear and if it looks worn defiantly change it! it is a pretty good job to do if its your first time, not sure how much a shop would charge since ive done my own. . if you plan on doing your own you definatly want a good air impact gun because that crank pulley bolt is almost ALWAYS A PITA without a good air impact gun to remove and reinstall it!
as long as you keep up on the timing belt changing and do common maintenance it can last alot longer.
