Default Now For The Performance Folk!

Okay I have my 04 Civic LX and I have a high spending budget to get my civic fast... what is the biggest possible engine I can put into it? What does B18 and K-whatever mean for engines? After that, I am hoping to put a turbo kit on it and whatever components it takes to make my car not blow up... for you guys that have put some serious cash into your cars... how much are you usually putting into your cars money wise and are you all doing it yourselves or is this stuff done at tuner shops and whatnot?

b, d, k, just different engine names and what ever the number follows it is the displacement of the engine.
ie 92-95 civic like my friend civicracer's got the d16. someone else can fill you in on the rest haha that's all i know.

for a good, reliable build it will probably cost you 10-15k

thats for motor, internals rebuilt, turbo and tune, maybe some head work as well

You simply will not get a B series in there. I suggest building a K24 Bottom end and putting a K20A head/transmission on it. Also run a K-Pro equiped K20A ecu.
