Ok so I found a pair of headlights that I like and they are projectors but I am not sure what I have to do to my car for them to work prperly and lokk good. They say they project blue but is that with stock bulbs or do I have to get a special kind of bulb? What is a xenon bulb and are they expensive? I heard they need a few extra parts? Any help would be aprriciated.

 

bulbs are cheap they run under 20 at your local parts store.the only thing with projectors if there not bright when u get them u might want to check the grounding in them. they should be good when u get them but if they are worse then factory then u might need to. extra parts mine didn't need them.
what make model car do u have maybe someone already has the same ones your gettin pics wouldn't hurt either

 

Do I have to get a special kind of bulb though? Or can i use the ones that are in my car right now? I have a 1995 civic dx, lots of potential. I dont understand how it could make the hologen bulbs light up in a blue color though.

 

I have Projectors on my 1996 and they're like the hand of god lighting up the road in front of me.
As for the "Blue" projection...I think you're talking about HID. Thats an expensive mod,but well worth the price I hear.
Other light bulbs will simply give off a "Pure" white glow,not the standard "Yellow",thats about the best you're going to get without modding the pros.

 

Yeah i have Halo's and mine are soo damn bright...I have cool blue headlights from Adavance Auto...But do you know how to hook up the halos bcuz its easy dont pay anyone bcuz its very easy to do it yourself...here are mine....

yeah the ones i want are halos and thank u for the info thats all i want is a pure white glow and not that yellow crap.
