I have a problem with shifting the automatic gear of my 2001 civic from Park to Reverse, it is quite hard to move, it feels rusty; other than that other gears are fine. When I took my car to a body shop, the mechanic recommended I take the car to a honda dealer and replace the cable. He says it does not have to do with gear oil. Any idea and how much would it cost? I would greatly appreciate your help!
