Smog...test center only???? Help!!!!!!

I WOULD APPRECIATE IF ANY OF YOU CAN HELP.....93 CIVIC HATCHBACK...SI CONVERSION WITH SOHC D15 JDM MOTOR EXHAUST...WITH AEM INTAKE ONLY BUT GOT THE STOCK ON FOR RIGHT NOW...
