Well first of all Welcome to the Forum
second of all tell your parents, just be honest with them and tell them the truth. No sense in hiding it from them especially when they will find out our insurance bill.
third of all just pay the ticket, if you think you are truly guilty (which you seem like it, no sense of trying to fight it). then like the other person said, you need to enroll yourself in traffic safety school

My ticket was 16 over and my insurance doesn't know about it so my bill hasn't went up but I don't know about a27 over, I'm not sure if the police would report it to them or something like that. If you know that insureance is going to go up then tell your parents, if you know it isn't going to go up then just pay it and don't tell them. If you aren't sure than it is your call if you want to gamble or not.
