Young Gunner
Whats up everyone. Im just a 14 year old car enthusiest from the big IA hahaha who is currently in the proccess of picking up my first car. Right now im locked between either a 99 Chevy Malibu and a 96 Civic Sedan. At this point im thinking the civic sounds alot better for what my intentions are for either car i get which is going to be lots of show and lots of go while staying as far away from rice as possible. Right now i really dont know much about cars in general but am looking forward to learning about stuff from this site. Oh and by the way im not too shabby at photoshop so i might be able to help out a little bit on that level.

Hey man, glad to see someone around my age join the site! I'm 14 and will be 15 in two weeks. My grandpa just gave me his 2001 Honda Civic 4 door sedan, LX model, with 17k miles on it, it's just a family tradition that he gives a car away every few years. I didn't know much either about car's, but now I know about intakes, header, and exhaust's and all the mod's I want to do to my car. I also recently just bought 4 17' Kazera KZ-B wheels, bronze color, it was $651 for all 4 shipped to my house. Of course I have to work my *** off to be able to buy all these thing's at an early age. I hope you enjoy the site, and don't be scared to ask questions.

RE: Young Gunner
Yea i know a bit about all that stuff because i have been a member of a malibu forum for a while now... i wonder if much of that applies to civics also those rims you got, was that a wheel and tire package? if so where did you get them from? also what are the rim specs you need for 17"s on a civic?

RE: Young Gunner
for the most part, about i/h/e would apply to civic's as well, since it is still a motor, just a better built one but it's probaly in a different spot or position, no it was just the 4 rim's, and I saw them on www.tirerack.com but Sam@misionspeed, one of our forum sponser's offered me much better customer service and a much better price, and he musta answered dozen's of my questions, best way to contact him IMO is to send him a PM, private message, and I can't answer your rim spec question, I know sombody else could, both Sam and Tirerack said they would fit, so I got em

for a 96? 4x100 bolt pattern, 45 offset, 17x7 rims. Tire size, probably 215/40R17.
