Default Build for boost

I'm new to this form and will like to know how I would go about building the motor for Turbo I have a 2003 Civic with a d17a2 and would like to know what internals I would need to lower the compression and get it ready for say 20 to 25 pounds of boost

Psi means nothing. You need to research and begin reading.

I have researched but I can't find anything strong enough for me to go by my friends and I need to know what are the best pistons and rods to use so forth and so on
