here it is... my old 96 dx with AC blower unit. comes with the whole harness as well. i also have the audio/heater control console seperate but it is cracked and alittle chewed up but still usable. all the controls work great, i just upgraded my whole duct work to 99-00 style.

civic only had ruffly 70K miles on it. no trouble with the unit. i justed a upgrade to electronic controls.

the top vent has busted afew clips off and the vent flaps have fell out of the simple tab section.... i need to just glue the piece back to the console. ill do it before shiping it.

i poped it in before but when i removed the unit it fell out . i didnt have it glued in which is why it feel back out.

and does that have the heater core, resistor and blower motor?

 

well if your ac works then you dont want to remove your ac unit lines... if you do you will have to have the ac completly recharged. if you just want the blower and resistor box i can do 40shipped

see if your resistor unit or the blower is bad you can simply swap them out with a philips screw driver and pulling the glove box door off. and if you where going to replace the whole unit youd have to pull the whole dash.

ill just seperate the ac unit box from the blower box and ship it that way with the wire harness tho you shouldnt need the wire harness but just incase someone has cut the blower wires off and replaced the blower with a cheap aftermarket blower.


or if you wanted to try and find one from your local junk yard just look for the resistor unit a 96-98 civic.... doesnt matter what submodel or motor style is in the car.
tho the blower unit will fit from 96-00 BUT the resistor unit is the different part.
BUT if your blower is not working in any speed then id say its the blower unit that is bad.

dont want you to spend cash that you dont have to or even pay the mechanic to swap it when you can do it yourself really quickly!
