yeah when i get a new version of photoshop. my version dont have animation, its portable so alot of features were cut off to make it 40 megabytes haha.

I don't like the shade of blue that's up there. You should make it Honda Fiji Blue

and go with a red instead of a light blue

i can do ANY color immaginable... but

the banner will be red and the layout would be blue....

if the mods will let me, i will find a vbulletin layout theme and make a banner to match
