Default '97 HX Stalling at stoplight

Hi,

I recently had an issue where my civic was throwing codes for multiple cylinder misfires, and that seems to have been fixed by changing out the cap, rotor, and wires (Honda equipment). I drove to work and almost home 125 miles today before having any issues, and I'm not sure they're related other than it happening soon after the other issue.

This is what happened:

I had driven almost 50 miles on my way home. I was a little curious how she'd run now that I had cleaned out the EGR passageways and valve, and had no CELs for once. So, i gunned it just up to 60mph...probably never got over 5000-5500rpm. It pulled really well. I went right back to my conservative driving, and didn't think anything of it. However, the very first stop I came to after that was just 2-3 minutes up the road, and when i stopped, so did the engine. No CEL, no warning, just didn't idle...fell right out. It took a couple turns to get it started back up again, and I had to keep an eye on the gas, or it would drop out again. This kept happening at the next couple stop light...total time from first occurance to last probably 15minutes. After that, I had no more problems. About 10 miles later, I was stopping at lights without any idle problems at all.

Any suggestions ?

Default Gas Level

My trip odo (reset at every gas stop) was at 100 miles even. I had filled up on the way to work this morning, and I have a range of about 410 mi before checking to make sure I have my AAA card.

Your buyer has been around for a while too, I see bids going back over a year. Id assume the best, she went out for drinks, dinner, or just went to bed.
