\When a cop pulls you over for it and goes "do you know why i pulled you over?" you just tell him it's because you don't have the plate and that you know about it and make up some excuse as to why you don't have it YET, and then tell him you're already about to go get a new one. He'll most likely let you slide. Just remember to go get one, because if he catches you again you'll be in deep ****.

Do as you like, just as long as you have it in on the front of your bumper. I say if you have the bracket then use it.

I like it on the side, but i have the 96-98 foglights, so it would kinda get in the way.

no idea why he covered it, find it to be pretty stupid to do. its the caps to cover up the license plate holes. i believe they have it at the dealers for about $10 for 2 and its painted to your car's color. its #26 in the pic

i'm trying to get it as close to the fog lights as possible without covering it up.

The original factory front license plate plugs came with the car when you purchased the car from the dealer.
