Are all four hole civic rims 4X100 MM no matter what year or model?

for 4 lug Civic's Yes they are all 4x100

Is there any years that this changed? As in later models?

Or is it 4lug are 4X100 PERIOD.

Period. at least until the 03 Si, and the 06+models
