Default Squeaking noise in front end

Hey everyone. I just bought a 1991 Civic CX and there is a sqweeking noise in the front end. The wheel dosen't chatter and the struts seem fine. Could it be the bushings? When you turn the wheel slightly you can here it, I tried gooping it up but it's still there. Any thoughts?

When does the noise occur? If it happens when you hit a bump or pot hole then the bushings on the control arms or other suspension parts might be the culprit.

Hi Agento. It happens at slow speeds on bumps, like a speed bump or something. When the car it parked you can here it when you push on the front end, or if you turn the wheel back and forth, or when you come to a complete stop. If you are driving fast and turn the wheel quickly back and forth you can kind of here it in the front end.

My guess would be control arm bushings.

I will give that a try. I replaced the upper joints and that didn't work. You can really here it driving down the road now. So hopefully thats the problem. Thanks CM
