I'm not sure if this is the right place to write this thread, so feel free to move it if i put it in the wrong one.
I put it here because the pulling started when i changed from my stock wheels to 17 inch rims on my 94 ex coupe.
I don't think it's normal, but it doesn't happen often. It happens more frequent if i break a bit harder than normal and the steering wheel will start to pull left and right. I'm sure all the wheels are balanced, so i don't think that would be the problem (but i could be wrong)
The other day it felt like one of my front wheels were going to fall off...
but this pulling only occurs when i brake.. does anyone know what the problem is?

wild guess...get hubcentric rings for them 17's. also check tire pressure as that will sure as hell do that

 

The tires also have something to do with it. Uni-directional tires like to pull in the direction of grooves in the road, it happens to me all the time. Your car won't get damaged from this unless you loose control of it but it is a common problem with largerr sized wheels.

I'll check if i need to get a hubcentric ring.
I checked the tire pressure and it's the same psi
so i guess it might be the uni-directional tires.
It's scarry sometimes, because it feels like I'm about to see a wheel fly off

 

ya thanks the directional tires thing helped me out, cause i realized my car did that too and then i remembered i had the directional ones, whew. everythings ok. haha.
