RE: man. conversion kit
Off the top of my head i can't think of where to get it. But check out the Transmission Forum, should be plenty of info on it in there.

RE: man. conversion kit
probably easier to get the pieces from a salvage yard.

RE: man. conversion kit
I did some researching and found that a local company called MOTIONMOTORSPORTS can do the conversion for 500.00. They said that they could get me the list of items that I needed. Is that a good price? I just have to buy the parts now.

RE: man. conversion kit
that's a good price...the lowest iver heard of...they usually charge 500-1000, nice that they give you parts list....i wish i had a local company like that

RE: man. conversion kit
$500 isnt bad, but if you're good with tools or have some friends that know what they're doing, all you'd need is the parts and you could save the $500.

ORIGINAL: ntxmotorsports $500 isnt bad, but if you're good with tools or have some friends that know what they're doing, all you'd need is the parts and you could save the $500. That's so true. I have the tools but none of my friends in this area have messed with a tranny before. |
RE: man. conversion kit
perhaps you live close to someone on these forums who has done the swap before

RE: man. conversion kit
I live 40 miles west to the center of Texas which is a small azz town called Eden.Tx. I think the closes person that on this same website might be up in the Big D area.
