It's funny because we just had (basically) this same "fight" with Nikki last week...

she's 16 and doesn't drive anything, is going to get an 06 Civic but "not because they're fast, if I wanted something fast I wouldn't get a Civic." 100+ posts later the thread got locked

Kappa and Honda, asshat is a fairly commonly used term where i'm from, picked it up on a local forum

And i agree with these guys. Its not the fact that its origin is the u.s. or that it says chevy or ford on the side that turns me off to them. Its the overall lack of inspiration that goes into them. Everytime they come out with a new one, its got two or three items that appeal to the masses (and by masses i mean the average people looking for a little car with a little speed that know nothing about the way cars work). So they put new taillights on it and called it a cobalt, big ****in' deal, its still just another uninspired, awkward american made vehicle.

lol, I'd say changing the entire platform of the car is a little bit more then changing the taillights =]

The Cobalt SS is a nice, fast(by comparison) car

agreed...and the SS is pretty fun to drive. hell...even the n/a 2.4L SS is more fun than a stock cav.
