Default dohc vics...which f'n ones??

I'm looking to buy a 96-00 civic, auto, hatch or coupe, low miles.... which models(EX,LX etc.,) came with DOHC? any? I need to know what to look for...although I could prolly settle for a SOHC... no biggie...

Sorry to sound like a dum@$$.....I don't know much... Even though I have been into civics since I was about 13, the fact that I had a lifted truck kept me from learning anything about civics... But I'm ready to get rid of my trucks and finally get a damn civic...

Thanks ahead of time for any help...

Good luck finding an automatic civic with DOHC.

Just get a 96-00 EX (SOHC) and do some simple bolt ons.
