Well im thinking the higher end JL's (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=9) or the Kenwoods. They have focal but there extremely expensive. I dont need THAT good. They may have some infinity but I dont recall much. I do have all inifinty speakers in the car but Iread several places there subs where not as good. Looks like I have some reading to do. Jeff

Dude where ever you read that Infinity subs weren't that good were either complete morons or didn't care about SQ and were just looking for something to rattle the hell outta thier trunk.

Yea, for the money, JL tends to make great soup bowls, paper weights, door stops, they even can be used as booster seats for your kids at the dinner table or mini stools.

Kenwood = eh. Infinity = good. If you can install them yourself shoot me a PM and I'll fill ya in on how to get Infinty stuff really really cheap from an authorized dealer. I got my Perfect 12.1 sub for $114 and Perfect 6.1's ($600+) for $220
