93 tranny
 

i have a 90 civic hb 4speed.my friend is selling me a 93 tranny 5spd for $50 bucks.my question is will it fit my car.ifso what would i need to get&change so it works with my car.i have cable clutch,and the new tranny is hydraulic.let me know if it's worth it or is it possilble to do. need to do it before it get any colder out.they told me that all i need for the swap was some kind of box so i could put my cable into it,and then run the hydraulic line to the tranny.is this true or not possible.thanks for ur help.let me know so i could give him the tranny back if it does'nt fit my engine.also if it does what clutch do i get.and the axles stay the same or have to change them too.

dont bother, its not worth the trouble. get a cable 5 speed tranny. they will be cheap, and pretty easy to find. you can probably trade the hydro one for a cable one and a bit of cash.
