Default 2002 Short Shifter Questions

I'm looking into short shifters for my '02 EX and it seems they don't make as much as I thought they would. I'm looking at getting a short throw adapter, but not sure which one I should get. The two I am looking at, vary greaty in price. The first is an OBX and the other is DC Sports. I understand that DC Sports will be a high quality unit, but being that the OBX is about half the price, will it perform accordingly? Is the DC unit really worth the money? Anyone have any experience with these?

To futher in 'short throw' feel, I'm going to put a shorter knob on and I *may* possibly cut out some of the shifter and weld it back together.

It's a known fact on here that OBX doesn't make quality products from everyone's experience with them.

DC Sports is a Quality Company, I'd go with them. (Plus, the price difference doesn't add up to a huge amount.)

ive broken a few shifters, and one was OBX. i say spend the extra on the DC. i spent a grip on my Skunk2, and havent had a problem in about 4 years. and i broke 2 in 2 weeks at one point.
