Default could soemone please lower my civic and tint it

please will someone slam my civic and tint the windows as they are what i plan to do next.

my car was never lowered..i just had plans of throwin in some 17.7s but nooo i had to total mine..i didnt wanna lower it cause i was the same height as a lancer tucking 2

is that a CX model, mine sat up just as high in the front for some reason, but i fixed that like a year and a half ago
