how does it work in ohio? don't you just put a sticker on your windshield saying the car has been inspected? if thats the case im SURE you can find someone who will sell ya one under the table....for a price of course

we have tests in MD but i know a guy who works at the station near my house so i sned everybody there

i doubt it in pa....im scared to try....ive just kept the car registered in illinois to avoid the hassle

Yeah I think ill is about the only one left, I am from southern ill and nver had one. I am stationed in utah now and it is almost as bad as cali from what I hear but I got this spot that I go to and even my truck passed running straight pipes, no cat no muffs.

I kinda doubt it, the farmers run that state and they won't have it.
