So if your car has a modified intake or exhaust system or a turbo, you don't have a problem getting it registered?

You guys are lucky. The smog tech out here wanted to put my car on the lift to make sure my certified headers were legal. They have a number on them and he was still giving me a hard time!!

i heard in pa you cant mod your car at all. if it didnt come from the factory they wont pass you. one of the guys on fnsweet said they made him show proof that his car was a factory built roush mustang to show he did not do the mods himself.

i have heard that if you find the right shop you will pass anytest for a price. but i guess that depends on how the car gets tested. if you have to go to a state inspection place id say ur screwed. if its a place where any shop can do the test ur in luck then.

but ide figure as long as ur not pushin insane power there would not be much of a problem at all. dont know though dont deal with that bs yet

BE-friend someone who works at the smog stations. There are ways around the test.

You can just buy the certification sticker in PA if you know the right guy....no shops...no tests...and no tickets!!!

Yeah I think ill is about the only one left, I am from southern ill and nver had one. I am stationed in utah now and it is almost as bad as cali from what I hear but I got this spot that I go to and even my truck passed running straight pipes, no cat no muffs.

I kinda doubt it, the farmers run that state and they won't have it.
