Default Magnaflow exhaust?

Okay so Im thinking about buying a magnaflow exhaust for my 98' Civic EX. Well Im hoping to accomplish a nice deep throaty tone with the exhaust. Is that possible with magnaflow or should I be looking at other exhaust companies? And eventually Im going to do the DC sports 4-2-1 header, is that a good component to hook to a magnaflow exhaust? Basically what Im wanting is a good balance between a power gain and nice sound. I dont want something loud and obnauxious but I dont want something that wont give me any extra power.

Agreed. You can hear the exhaust over the intake up until like 2 grand then its all the intake. You can feel it though : )
