excuse me ppl...i blew a few doors off hondas in my ford escort days...something about the driver i think....cause i mean the one was a girl..but she was going like...80 and i got up next to her and just blew by her and then she tried to catch up and i kept infront then we got to a heavy cop area..and i let her go ....btw..she got a ticket:)..haha...lucky me!

soo f u guys who says he can pick on fords....mine had nothing dun to it but a supposed racing clutch...and i was happy enough to take on a few nice cars.. but the best bet would be an older cavi i suppose...or maybe a lil nonturbo golf

ps i know my cars ricey i dun care....i liked it..and i had an appt to get it painted cause i had all my body work dun...well except the trunk and shaving the handles..and then i got in my accident..

I really wouldn't pick on anyone if you're going all stock. Let someone come up to you and then decide if you wanna have a go.

I can beat a few cars with my regular Taurus GL, and then comes the Sable LS with the DOHC motor, that can handle somethings even being stock... And I won't get into the SHO.

haha ive never said my escort was the best....or nothing short of a bucket of bolts..cause thats about what it was....i was constantly doing work on it....but my civics will hopefully be better.... arrogance is done with...i dun give a dang who u pick on where u live...just dun pick on my lil wrecked scort...cause its dead...let her rest in peace now

in my stock dx with 92 hp i destroyed a zx2, but i can drive a standard trans fast, i don't know about the other guy

whats wrong with swapping in escorts? back in my ricer days i had a turbo 626 motor in mine. back on subject......unless your driving a crx hf or civic std....with those in stock trim you could beat on those auto 96+ ex's arent all that great neither. took a few down in my dx powered hf still running the hf tranny. one thing to consider like stated in the thread earlier....driving skill
