Default raced a new si

so I drive a 2002 mustang saleen s281 SC with 75 mm throttle body, ceremic headers, x pipe w/ high flow cats and an aluminum driveshadt -making 330 to the wheels. i was in one of the dealership districts and right off the lot this si didnt even have a real liscense plate yet. he reved me at the light and gave me a nod so when the light turned green i had a good launch and was completely through the intersection before his back bumper was even through the cross walk. we went again from a 40 roll by the time i hit 70 i was gone (bus lengths away). looks to me like someone needs to learn to chose their races a little better.

what a DUMBASS.

i guess he's nevar heard of "break-in period."

it reminds me of a video I saw where this teenager got a brand new STi and took it to the track immediately and raced anybody and everybody. He won all his races, but I'm sure his transmission and engine fell out pretty soon afterward.

Thats a damn nice car you got there blown. But 330 to the wheels? That means that you make about 360-370 BHP. If you got an 05 Mustang and S.Ced it, you would have 470. At least thats what i saw on this site that sells turbos. How much extra is a Saleen mustang?

470 at the wheels is a lie, a cobra only had 390 and it had a quad cam 4.6 s.c.ed those cars are fast and handle gooooood. if the motor was built more internally with lower compression etc 470 is easily possible in any v8.
