my bud has one with a blown head out of a 93 1.5?

Where are you located and what's your budget? I think I have one I can sell (out of a 90 also, engine rebuilt <10k ago to stop it from burning oil. Runs like a champ.)

Sorry, I've been meaning to check on the engines we have right now to see if I still have the one I mentioned, but I forgot to do it today. I'll do it when I go back to work tomorrow.

kappa22, how much did it cost you to rebuild your motor.

Well, I did it once with OEM stuff, and that ran me about $100...

But that's with me doing all the labor AND getting wholesale parts prices

When I actually built it, it was closer to $850 including machining and whatnot. (again, no labor charges...)
