i plan on putting a b18c1 in my 98 ex.. i was told by some friends i have to change my tranny so i was wondering if this is true?? i not know i am new to hondas so an y help would be sweet.

yup.... b-series blocks dont bolt up to d-series trannies

Yeah basically nothing will bolt up going from D to B. Axles tranny, clutch everything needs replaced. Basically anything not included with the swap you will need to shop for it as a B series from whatever car the engine came from.
