when it is boosting it will heat up and glow if you are pushing anough heat through it, explain a lil better if you could

No I mean the car has been off since yesterday when it started smoking, but now it looks like the turbine housing is covered in some sort of orange rust. I'll try to take some pics if possible.

Yea i would try to get that rust off and find some header paint or somthing and see if that might stick.
