Default Greddy EVO 2 Problems

I've had my Evo2 since April 05. It started rattling/making noise around 2500 to 3000 rpm in each gear. AT first I thought it was a heat shield, took them off and it still made noise. I've isolated it to the resenator, I think. It's after the cat and before the muffler. Once the car is completely warmed up it gets worse. Emailed greddy and they haven't got back to me. What do you guys think??

Is it a rattling or a buzzing sound coming from the muffler?

Its more like a buzzing sound. Kinda corny but it sounds like it's singing in tune with the muffler. The only thing I can think of is if something got into the pipe itself. I took it off and turned it upside down to see if anything would come out but no luck. I'm wondering if the fins in the resenator came loose and are making the buzzing sound????

No, not really any vibration coming through the floor. The sound is worse than anything.

Sorry guys, can't get a sound clip or vid. I've been under the car a bunch of times and it seems to be coming from the back half of the car. I don't think its the internals of the cat b/c I don't have one. I just have a test pipe. Plus the sound is coming from somewhere after the cat. I still think it is the res but didn't know if anyone had a way to test this theory. I thought about putting the stock mid-pipe back in but I'm not sure if it will fit with the greddy system.
