eh..papaer racing aside, id like to see a V6 f body run mid 15s...ive seen the earlier 90s V6s run in the mid to high 16s...and ive seen the 3800 S2 GPs run low 16s with an auto, so i guess that its possible, but it would take the "good driver mod"...
