Exhaust Sound
I just bought and installed a Cherry Bomb Turbo 2 Muffler. I liked it initially because of its low sound. But I soon realized it was too low. Meaning taht it's REALLY loud inside the car!! so I'm gonna remove it and put back the old stock one tommorow.
Is there any nice sounding mufflers out there that don't overwhelm inside the car?
|
Exhaust Sound
yeah, anything but that cherrybomb.

Try magnaflow or flowmaster
|
Exhaust Sound
hehehe my buddy put that stuff on his s-10 and it sounded like sh*t.
i would advice agains flows but ive never heard them on a 4banger b4 either. had them on the stang and was not impressed. the mags sound better. cant wait to get my mag catback
|
Exhaust Sound
flowmaster bleh.....i got one on our dx crx. 2.25 header back with cat and no resonator with a delta flow 40 series. sounds like trash to me. like bumble bee. but i second magnaflow....also try dynomax.

greddy evo
|
Exhaust Sound
I hear Neuspeed make a nice sounding "quiet" exhaust, but much $$$. Also heard Thermal R&D is nice...

Exhaust Sound
anything without a resonator will sound like a bumble bee even a greddy evo, you don't believe me come listen to my car. I have a gredy evo muffler and no resonator...horrible. greddy evo w/resonator is awesome though

Thanks alot for your help.

Exhaust Sound
never put a flowmaster on a civic unless if its there 60 series flowmaster wich is specially made for 4 bangers a 6 bangers

Exhaust Sound
I would go with the Greddy Evo or Evo2 with a resonator or even the TSUDO with a resonator, though the TSUDO is just a tad bit louder, not by much though. (*GReddy Evo*(highly recommended))
