ok i need a little help here. i have an 89 civic sedan d15b2 with 5 speed. today i was driving don the road and next thing i know my car does not move anymore. with the clutch in the motor runs. Clutch out with tranny in neutral motor stalls. could the tranny be screwed ??clutch and throwout bearing were making a bunch of noise previously. anyone know what happened

could just need to be adjusted
