Default ZC Swap for 92 Civic HB

Well I want to swap from stock 1.5 SOHC 16v non-vtec out of my car for the ZC 1.6 DOHC non-vtec and build that. I have the need for speed and i figured out that building and turboing the ZC would most likely be cheaper to for-fill my need or want. Will I be able to use the same wire harness and computer in this swap?

i don't believe there is a dohc zc motor that is obd1.
but if your going to build a good turbo motor you could stick with your 1.5 add new pistons and rods, swap a z6 head on it, wire up vtec, get a p28 and hondata or another engine management system, and then turbo it and enjoy a good relatively cheap build(compared to buying another engine and doing the same)

Really.....I see on ebay that they have a few of the ZC engines and that are for the 92-95 civic's. That is what brought this swap to my attention. My engine has 160,xxx so id like to swap rather then just doing a mini-turbo.

well, i guess there is a zc for obd1, and since its non-vtec you should be able to use the same harness, but you will need the zc ecu

I didnt think the second cam would really have anything to do with computer.

The 92-95 ZC's are identifiable by their brown dizzy plugs.
