I bought some spring boosters from Advanced Auto parts and it seems to have helped a little.
The tires I bought though are actually 215/45HR-17 so they are probobly to wide for my car.

I took the subs out and it only made about a centimeter difference.
I just need something to give my civic about a 1" lift in the rear anyone know sompelace I can get this?

The box is huge it barely fits in the trunk and the subs have 20 oz magnets on them each. Idk if I can even fit it out of the trunk, it is that heavy.

Finally got it. Turns out it was just the latch under the hood. It was too rusted and the lever/cable doesn't move it. Thanks for all the great help.

Today I was able to get to the bottom of the latch through the bottom part of the bumper. I moved the golden/metallic latch over after lots of wd40 and a screw driver wedging it. The hood popped up...

I know the cable is atleast connected all the way to the latch under the front of the car hood because when someone pulls hood lever (whatever it is called) I can see the tubing around the cable...
