Default engine swap

hey ive got a lx 96 4 door civic and i got an injin intake on it. i was wondering if my intake would fit a new engine, dont know wut kind yet but is der any engine that would fit my cai for my 96?

i wouldn't worry about if your intake is gona fit the new engine, it's really not that important. Getting an engine with a lot of power would be smarter than getting a weak engine so that you can fit your intake on it. Plus you can just sell the intake on ebay.

and i dont think that intake will fit anything else. thats the one that has a horizontally mounted throttle body, right?
