that much of a power leap your probably going to be better off swapping to a GSR or JDM B16 I would suggest the GSR for the torque

being the lowering is minimal you might be able to use factory adjustments for the first alignment but as the springs settle your probably going to need a camber kit

unless the ignition has been messed with you should be able to give the dealership your vin and they should be able to look up the lock cylinders to match the ignition. No idea on cost though and yes...
