'96 Civic CX cat location?
 

Lookin' to buy a '96 CX and was wondering where the cat was located. I know select models like the EX? and my HX for sure have the cat as part of the header (why, I don't know) but I just wanted to know where the CX cat was located. Thanks!

It IS in the header? Then what do I do when I go to put an aftermarket, higher flowing header? Will the cat be gone then?

Im sorry sky.. but I have replied uber times about this exact question in this section.


You need to get an aftermarket cat that goes where the test pipe will go. cat will be $100 and the install will have to be welded which would be about a $100.
